By accessing and using the business advisory services of TheFunJump, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before contracting any service.
TheFunJump offers economic feasibility analysis, cash flow optimization, and operational cost management for entertainment complexes and fixed corporate recreational areas. Services include training in commercial lease contracts, calculation of fixed asset depreciation, and return on investment (ROI). No specific financial results are guaranteed, as these depend on external factors and implementation by the client.
The client agrees to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information about their business, including financial statements, current contracts, and operational details. Any omission or incorrect data may affect the accuracy of the analysis and releases TheFunJump from liability for decisions based on such information.
TheFunJump shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or lost profits arising from the use of the reports or recommendations provided. Our services are based on standard financial analysis methodologies but do not constitute a guarantee of business results. The client assumes final responsibility for investment or management decisions.
All reports, templates, and materials delivered are the property of TheFunJump and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared with third parties without written authorization. Client information will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to competitors, except as required by law.
These conditions may be updated periodically. Active clients will be notified of significant changes at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' prior notice. In the event of a serious breach of these conditions, TheFunJump may suspend access immediately without prior notice, without prejudice to claiming damages.
